Agreement

By booking PocketJoy Keepsakes or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

PocketJoy Keepsakes provides on-site photo magnet printing and digital memory gallery services for private events. The specific services included in your booking are outlined in your signed service agreement.

Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and required deposit. Full payment is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event date are non-refundable. In the event PocketJoy Keepsakes must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduled events subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the original event date.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for our setup at the venue. PocketJoy Keepsakes is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by venue restrictions, insufficient space, or lack of access.

Photos and Content

By booking our services, you grant PocketJoy Keepsakes permission to use non-identifiable event photos for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing before your event.

Limitation of Liability

PocketJoy Keepsakes is not liable for equipment failure, acts of nature, venue issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the booked services.

Digital Gallery

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain your private digital gallery for the period described at time of booking. PocketJoy Keepsakes is not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PocketJoy Keepsakes operates.
